Our guest in episode 2 of Mini Figures is Melinda Mészáros, a team leader who came to teaching from the private sector and approaches the team-lead role from many angles. She is present in her teams' lives as a manager, instructor, and support. She told us why it's important for her to evaluate achievements relative to each team's own performance and to always set new, attainable challenges for the kids. Several members from her three teams also joined, offering a competitor's insight into the world of LEGO robotics.
