Makers of Success: at national and international competitions

Seven years ago, the Gyulai Vocational Training Center (Gyulai Szakképzési Centrum) first honored students who competed—and achieved excellent results—at national and international competitions.

The tradition has continued in recent years, and this year's event was hosted by the GySzC Kossuth Lajos Technikum, Vocational School and Dormitory. The Orosháza institution was well represented among the awardees by its students and teachers. These are our results this year:

• EDU Robotics Cup (international) – Engineer category: 3rd place
  Class 12.B, D.M.A Team: Ádám László Szarvas, Márk Lazanyecz, Dávid Bognár, Ádám Kókai.

• EDU Robotics Cup (international) – Open category: 4th place
  Classes 10.C and 10.A, CDM Team: Mendrit Cunaj, Dominik Norbert Horváth, Dominik Györgyi, and junior Máté Mondzinger.
  (Mendrit Cunaj and Dominik Norbert Horváth placed 6th at the World Robot Olympiad national event in Győr.)

• EDU Robotics Cup (international) – Engineer category: 5th place
  Class 9.B, K.Sz.B Team: Ádám Kelemen, László Csáki, Balázs Bozó, Zétény Szabó.

• EDU Robotics Cup (international) – Engineer category: 6th place
  Class 9.B, S.M.H Team: Zsombor Ferenc Surinya, Dániel Maczik, Milán Juhász, Dominik Horváth.
