Spring Classroom Decorating Contest

26/04/2025

With the arrival of spring, students of the Gyulai Vocational Training Center Kossuth Lajos Technikum welcomed the season in a special way: they decorated their classrooms with colorful and creative designs as part of a school competition. The aim was for students to make their learning environment more pleasant with their own ideas while developing their aesthetic sense and team spirit.

Several classes entered the competition with great enthusiasm. The finished decorations included nature-inspired compositions, ornaments made from recycled materials, and truly unique installations. The jury evaluated originality, execution, and overall harmony.

The winners were rewarded by the NIA Foundation, recognizing the students' work and the importance of community-building activities. The prizes were not only tangible gifts but also a shared program opportunity to further strengthen bonds among students.

Melinda Mészáros, President of the Foundation, emphasized:
"We consider it important to support school initiatives that not only encourage creativity but also create a good atmosphere. This contest was a great example of how committedly and vividly students can experience belonging to the school community."

The spring classroom decorating contest thus gave the season a worthy start and created a great opportunity for students to showcase their talents—not only within classroom walls, but within the wider community as well.
