End the summer with a DRONE license!

DRONE Training – A1/A2/A3
What do you need to fly a drone (EU/EASA)?
A drone is like a car — you need:
Pilot qualification: at least A1/A3, and in cities often the A2 remote pilot certificate.
Operator registration: your operator ID must be on the drone.
Liability insurance: mandatory in several countries, recommended everywhere.
Where and how can you fly in the "Open" category?
A3 – sparsely populated/outside built-up areas: keep at least 150 m from residential, commercial, industrial, and recreational areas; no flying over people.
A1 – built-up areas, small drones (C0–C1): not over assemblies of people; brief, accidental overflight of individuals is allowed.
A2 – close to people: not over them, but you may approach—typically 5–30 m separation depending on the drone class (and low-speed mode where applicable).
Plus: Always check local airspace/geographical zone restrictions; some areas require specific authorization.
Where is it valid?
Across the 27 EU countries plus Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein, and Switzerland (EASA framework).
EU 27 = Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden
